As a result of attending the seminar i have already made a few changes:

  1. have sent out price increase letters to clients who have been getting my starter rate for the whole 4 years i have been trading! (my fault not there's)
  2. I have also started putting together a portfolio of my company and the work I do
  3. I also plan to use the "sack 50% of your customers" route for clients who i have been holding onto when it is quite clear they are doing my business much more harm than good.
