Robert Craven's 30 Day Growth Challenge

30 Day Growth Challenge

This is the Challenge: to improve your business profits in 30 days at nil cost to you.

So what is it? How does it work?

In just half a day, we have challenged ourselves to provide each participating owner-director with their own tailor-made, practical and no-cost plan to improve their business performance measurably within 30 days - and to continue growing significantly after that.

You decide your growth objectives. We help you achieve them.

You decide if we have made a real contribution.

We only get paid if you think we have made that contribution – and you decide how much to pay us.

What Happens?

A boardroom table of active owner-directors, Robert Craven and one or two Directors’ Centre consultants.

An informal, interactive approach where you can participate as much or as little as you wish.

This is a fast moving, progressive process driven by a commitment to achieve measurable results in a short period of time.

It’s fast and fun, but it’s also deadly serious: after all, this is your business, your livelihood, your family’s security we are discussing.

At the end of it, you will have an action plan (perhaps only one or two initiatives) that you intend to implement in the next 30 days.

We note what they are, and that’s what Rob discusses with you when he phones you 30 days later.

"We spent just two hours with Paul Jobin, and - amazingly - it has transformed our business. We regained our sense of purpose and direction. We took action on a couple of things we knew we should have done months before. We're back in profit, and enjoying our business again. All from two hours of talking. Nobody quite believes us - but it's true!"

What You Need To Know

1. The events are being held on Tuesday 26 October at One Alfred Place, the excellent private members’ business club in London’s West End:
For owner-managed businesses: from 09.00 for a 09.30 start finishing at 13.30 after a buffet lunch
For professional services businesses: from 14.00 for a 14.30 start finishing at 18.00 after wine and canapés.

2. These events are open exclusively to active owner-directors and active partners in businesses that are at least 3 years old, and have (or will soon have) a turnover in excess of a minimum of £500,000. See the Application Form.

3. There is a “no-show” fee of £100 payable in advance, but refunded if you attend the scheduled event. In addition, you can choose to pay a Growth Dividend entirely at your discretion.

Payment By Results

The Directors’ Centre believes in results – and being rewarded (at least partly) by the results it achieves.

That’s why Growth Challenge participation is paid for by results.

Participating owner-managers are phoned personally by Robert Craven 30 days after the event to discuss the effectiveness of the event, and to see what they have achieved.

Payment of the Growth Dividend is entirely at your discretion – you decide whether to pay anything at all, and, if you do decide to pay something, how much to pay.

No results. No payment.
