You prepare and send us an outline agenda covering your background and key issues. We then meet for two hours: an intense, focused discussion. We will tell you what we think you should do.

How Much Does The Business Surgery Cost?

There is a flat charge of £200+VAT. This fee is refundable if you become a consultancy client.
